Copying a file to your machine

These Word documents are in Word 2000 format. If you're using a version earlier than Word 97, first download the free converter before opening a file.

For Word documents:

  1. Click a link to open the file.

    If Word isn't installed on your machine, a dialog box automatically appears, asking where you want to download the file. After you save the file, you can view it using a Word viewer.
  2. Choose Save As from the File menu.
  3. Save the document to a folder on your machine.

For graphics:

  1. Click a link to open the graphic in the browser.
  2. Right-click the graphic and choose Save Picture As.
  3. Save the graphic to a folder on your machine.
